Instruction for opening a
securities trading account

Necessary documents for individual investors:

- Identity Card or Passport of account owner and authorized person (if any): or a copy of the original to be authorised by MSC’s staff.

- 01 copy of account opening application form and 02 copies of account opening contract (MSC keeps 01 copy, and customer keeps the other).

Necessary documents for customers transferring from other securities company to MSC:

Documents needed to open the securities trading account at MSC is as same as in part 1.1

Customer needs to:

- Copy the account-opening contract with suspended seal into 02 copies (if have stocks in both HNX and HOSE)

- Bring these copies to the former securities company and require them to transfer cash and stocks to MSC

Period of transferring to MSC is 4 – 7 working days
