Instruction to register for receiving
account statement

1. Introduction

In order to keep tracking the account balance of cash and securities of the customers, MSC provides the service of receiving account statement for all customers.

The benefits of registration for receiving account statement:

• Customers will be provided the detail account statement about cash, holding stocks, receivable stocks or sold stocks.

• Customers can register to receive the account statement via email or via post office.

• Customers will be guranteed to keep information confidential by the way that MSC sends account statement to the email or address which has been registered in the account opening contract.

• Account statement will be sent to the customers monthly, except the case that MSC receives the written notice to terminate this service from the customers.

2. Instruction to register

Customers can register to use this service by

• Send the registration form via post office or email address stated below.
• Register at the transaction office of MSC.

Note: for customers having their own broker, please contact this person for more instructions about receving the account statement.
