TRI: Explanation for peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading days

Sai Gon Beverages Joint Stock Company (TRIBECO) has explained peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading days from 16/08/2010 to 20/08/2010 as follows:
1. Profit in Q2/2010 was VND44,396,531,098
TRIBECO transferred the long-term investment at its subsidiary as the Northern TRIBECO with the initial investment of VND40 billion (80% chartered capital of the Northern TRIBECO). Earnings from transference: VND27,658,563,597.
TRIBECO transferred the investment at its association company as the Binh Duong TRIBECO with the initial investment of VND97.5 billion (30% chartered capital of the Binh Duong TRIBECO). Earnings from transference: VND44,659,078,744.
2. Peaking at the ceiling price in 5 consecutive trading days was probably caused by the information above. It was out of control of TRIBECO.
